Better Late Than Never

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Any of you that received a Stier Christmas card know we are little behind on things. I cannot say I haven't blogged because I don't have time, honestly, it just hasn't been a priority. Sorry!

I started this post a month ago but got distracted and never made the time for it until now! I am going to be short with my words but plentiful with pictures. Starting with Christmas....

Some called us crazy but we decided to make the 12 hour trek to Pennsylvania with 2 dogs and a 4 week old in tow. I was prepared for the worst but overwhelmingly surprised at how well Lily did.

Christmas Day

Lots of love from the family!

She loves her Aunt Cherie despite the funny look on her face!

I knew Emily was going to be excited to meet her baby cousin but the boys surprised me with their interest. Emily was a huge help, knowing everything I needed for an outfit or diaper change by the time we left!

Lots of snow!

And of course these two!

And my favorite thing...Lily slept in "the cradle", the one my brothers and I slept in as babies!

I cannot believe how much she changed while we were gone. By the time we got home she was wide eyed, alert and taking in everything!

She is not a big fan of the pacifier but loves her fists.

She played with cousin Denver.

And they wore matching PJ's!

We took them shopping and had way too much fun!

She visited cousin Anacapri.

She loves bath time!

She had her first bottles.

 And...she turned 8 weeks old!!

Thanks Aunt Krista for the tutu and headband!

She stayed warm in the cold weather with hats made by grandma.

She had her first SC snow day!

She wasn't too sure about her first super bowl....

...but she came around!

She plays with toys.

Where has the time gone?! She is cooing up a storm and this morning I watched in the monitor as she rolled over for the first time! The countdown is officially on, 2 more weeks and I head back to work. I am trying to prepare myself but I don't think it is possible. I am holding her a little longer and kissing her a little more (yeah right, that's not possible either:)).

Let me apologize in advance for the time that will lapse before my next post.
I plan on soaking up every second of my sweet Lily Grace!
